Lantana Spa – San Antonio, Texas
Hours: Mon-Thurs 7am – 7pm, Fri-Sat 7am – 8pm, Sun 7am- 6pm
Services include: massage (including couples and prenatal), facials, body treatments (think: wraps, scrubs), nail services, waxing, and a relaxing steam room to name a few.
A complimentary lagoon-like pool is available for guests to enjoy in a serene environment.
2. Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa
Wildflower Spa – San Antonio, Texas
Hours: 8am – 7pm daily
Services include: massages (including couples and prenatal), body treatments, facials, and nail services.
Spa packages are available and have reduced pricing Monday through Thursday.
There is a sauna, jacuzzi, and eucalyptus steam room that do not require a reservation, as well as a heated outdoor pool in a setting that exudes relaxed luxury with hammocks, swings, and rocking chairs overlooking a picturesque Hill Country setting.
3. La Cantera Resort and Spa
Loma de Vida Spa – San Antonio, Texas
Hours: Daily 9 am – 8 pm
Services include: Massage (including prenatal) with various enhancements, body treatments (scrubs, wraps, rituals), nails, hair salon, and access to private “intentional spaces” that can be reserved.
Quenche, the resident spa restaurant is available 8 am – 8 pm. It offers a variety of fresh juices, bowls, salads, and drinks.

Services include: massages (couples and prenatal included for moms), body rituals (think: masks, scrubs, wraps), facials, and nail services.
The spa offers men’s and women’s relaxation rooms, saunas, hot tubs, and steam rooms to take full advantage of your R&R time.

Services include: a vast selection of massages including hot stone, salt stone, and prenatal as well as body wraps. There is a salon as well that can provide cut, color, and special occasion hairstyles as well… even if your special occasion is just that you got a babysitter!
