The Lajitas Golf Resort is located 13 miles from Terulinga in the heart of West Texas between Big Bend National Park and Big Bend State Park. There is a small, private airport just 4 miles from the resort with a shuttle available. Commercial flights on JSX use this airport. If you haven’t explored JSX airlines, here’s your cue to check them out – flying commercial will never be the same again! Otherwise, the El Paso Airport is 4.5 hours away by car proving once again that West Texas is…BIG.

Black Jack’s Crossing An award-winning 18-hole course set in the picturesque West Texas landscape with mountain vistas. The pro shop is located in the historic Lajitas Trading Post in the 1800’s. Bar and Grill, Open 11 am to late daily, casual A classic West Texas bar and grill with casual eats and live music. This saloon is named after Clay Henry, the town of Lajita’s mayor who loves to drink Lone Star Beer… oh, and he’s a goat! I know, sounds made up but it’s not – part of the charm of Lajitas!
3. Boardwalk Bakery and Pizzeria
Grab-and-Go Bakery and Pizzeria, Open 7 am – 9/10 pm daily (pizza after 1 pm), Casual Start your day off with a fancy coffee and pastry, grab a hot dog or sandwich for lunch, or opt for a pizzeria at dinner. Wash them all down with a selection of drinks including beer and wine (well, maybe not the breakfast).
